Fall is certainly\nknocking on our door and with that there is a push to wrap up jobs.  Once all of the current jobs are finished\noftentimes Municipalities and Schools find \u201csurplus\u201d monies that need to be spent\nprior to the years end.   Let us help\nmake sure you\u2019re ready to capitalize on these situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Final Consents of Surety<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Its\nSeptember, school is back in session and jobs for the schools are wrapping\nup.  Oftentimes a Final Consent of Surety\nis required by the Obligee.  If you are\nin need of a Final Consent of Surety here is the process to secure one:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Forward the name and contact\ninformation of the person that Is overseeing the job.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. A Status Report is sent to this\nindividual to have it completed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Once this Status Report is completed\nand returned to us, it will be reviewed for approval to issue the Final\nConsent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. If there have been change orders the\nsurety will bill for the additional exposure! \nAlways be aware of this and be sure to include your bonding cost when\nquoting change orders.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Once the Surety approves it the Final\nConsent it will be issued.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    DON\u2019T\nFORGET:  Keep an eye out for additional\nopportunities that may arise and require a Bid Bond or Performance and Payment\nBond. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
